My stay was far from what I expected from a resort. While the lakefront setting offered some natural beauty and the surrounding nature was quite scenic, the overall experience was marred by the poorly maintained facilities and unwelcoming atmosphere. The service, particularly from the owner, was disappointing during an unfortunate cancellation situation. Even with a decent chance to enjoy the outdoor activities available, the lack of basic amenities made it a less than enjoyable experience.
